Worse banking experience with Servus Credit Union at this location ie Panorama Hills... This happened when my 13 yr old daughter and I went to deposit her Piggy box into her account. it was Saturday and we reached at the branch just after 3 pm. branch was closed. we return the following Saturday at 2:30 pm yet it was still closed. We decided to deposit using the ATM. She tried her pin # a few times, we were almost about to deposit but when entered her pin again to confirm the deposit it rejected and the ATM swallowed the the card and spit off the money we were trying to deposit. I return back to the branch on Monday just before 430pm, to inform that my daughter's card got swallowed. There were employees inside and I pressed the bell and someone came who identified himself as a branch manager. Before I could explain myself, he said they are closed i need to call him the following day and offered his card so I left. My 4th visit was in the morning about 11 am, I went to the branch so I could talk to someone regarding my daughter bank card. two employees were chatting and 3rd was talking very loud on phone in her native language. I waited for abut two minutes no one said hello or if i needed help. I eventually press the bell on the reception counter and the fellow by name Jasper said will be with you, while they continued to chat. He came asked me what he can do for me. tried to explained myself what happened. He asked me about my ID and gave him my Drivers License. He checked and confirmed my daughter has account and my name is attached, but said he cannot deal with me and he needs to talk to my daughter and he said " that is a red flag and i need to speak to your daughter" I told him that this was my 4th trip to the bank to complete one deposit transaction. he said we did not find any card and i need to speak to your daughter before i do any thing. I told him my daughter is 13 years old and certainly you cannot speak to her without my presence. So I can bring her to the branch. I asked Mr. Jasper of his business Card, he hesitated to give me his card in the beginning and panic for a while. He continued to talk to me and I asked him if it was so difficult to give me his business card. he eventually gave me his card. I left and went home. Mr. Jasper called my house, we did not answer the first call, he called again and my wife answered the call, i belief he intended to speak to my 13 yr old daughter. My wife gave me the phone and said is the bank, I answer and Mr. Maneksha said this is Jasper from Servus, i asked him why he was calling my home when i was with him at the branch less than 10 minutes ago. He was not able to help me. He said he found the card, I told him that I inform him that i will bring my daughter to the branch why is he calling at my house. It was a terrible experience and very unprofessional, I do not think I can continue to do business with SCU ever! I felt Jasper was suspicious and i am not sure based on what? was it my color of skin, or just i wasn't enough to be their customer. I am done with you guys. I hope no one has similar experience like mine. It was very creepy when you have my cell phone and the bank employee calls my house instead of calling me with intention to speak to my 13 years old who does not understand much of banking! also when i was in the bank with the same employee (Jasper) just a few minutes ago.!! SHOULD THERE BE ANY REASON CALLING MY HOUSE? With this type of behavior, I gave you below zero rating...if you system could select..
