Customer service needs to improve at this branch. Staff needs training towards products the bank offered to clients. Covid protocols must be followed but not like insulting the clients.

Thank you Simon for all of your help and going above and beyond for me. I was dealing with another BMO branch and had the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Simon Liao was patient and kind and helped me even though it had NO benefit to him. Thank you for everything Simon and I will definitely be dealing with him for all of my banking needs going forward and recommend everyone else to as well.

Omg, I don't even know where to start, I work in Marlborough and figured I'd try the bmo by my house instead of going to the Marlborough location... what a mistake, there's only 1 teller working, and she has been helping a customer learn how to use their business account for 45 minutes. I've seen the whole line leave a new line start and that line leave. What a joke. Actually felt like leaving bmo just because of this. Like get a business counter or a second teller. Wish I read the review before I came since their isn't any good reviews on here. Close down this location and put something useful for the community.

To Be Honest, if there is a Negative I would go with it. I still believe that this branch is not assisting the community open within and others around it as well, but it does add more stress and frustration to customers. I went Lat Friday June 18th, to send an overseas wire transfer, as usual I waited for exactly 27 minutes before I got helped. The Branch had just 2 coworkers (1 at the front, 1 in the office busy) even there are 3 offices and 2 teller wickets. There was a lady that had some issues with her bank account/bank card and the Online services referred her to go to the branch to get verified and the branch team to call that department to release the issue. Of course the bank coworker is waiting on the phone to get a respond, customer is waiting and am also waiting. When I asked the other sales member to assist he said he Can Not, as he has to provide an override to the wire transaction, then he left to his office to take his virtual appointment over the phone....where is the Branch Manger, I asked, she was off that Friday of course.... I can see that there is No Coaching was provided to the team, because they definitely could do better than this if they tried to switch some duties and assist each other to assist customers. The sales man could take the phone from the front staff and kept waiting on the line with the customer, so the front staff could help me and help who is after me.. Behind me there were 2 more customers came in and waited for about 15, 20 minutes then left so mad.., this is where the front staff tried to help me on the other teller wicket, but guess what, the system freezed. I dont go often to that branch, but i went the last year at the same time June 2020 and that same wicket system was also freezed on the teller staff and myself...the manger phoned me and gave many excuses.. We endup doing the wire at one of the offices using different computer, laptop. So to finish my wire inside the Nolan Branch, It took me over 1 hour..Are we seriously in Canada and having advanced banking systems in place???? It is completely ridiculous.... I am posting this as there is No survey will be sent as my debt card did not go through at front teller due to the system freez issue. To the branch manager, this is a clear huge failure on your side.. I think with all posted Negative reviews, BMO is still don't care to provide enhanced customer service due to the FTE budget Vs. Customers and their transactions...Banks Game!!

Slowest branch for customer service. 3 employees sitting in their offices, 1 teller helping a customer, 4 customers sitting here waiting.

Worst BMO branch in the whole of calgary, we gotta actually beg them or knock on the door to be acknowledged or before we get helped. Never coming here again and I don’t advice anyone else to!!!! Except you’re a fan of letting a bunch of people waste your time for no reason!!!!

Only go if you want to stand and wait for almost an hour because they’re down to one teller on a Tuesday afternoon. Also no one greets you or even acknowledges you’re even in the building. If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete lack of customer service.

The slowest service in any BMO branch. They have one lady who yells out your banking info making sure all the other patrons know fully well your financial information. No privacy. Just make sure there are no kidnappers or bank criminals in line listening in to your banking information.
