★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the misfortune of dealing with frustration at the country hills RBC until I discovered this wonderful branch in Sage Hill, which is like a glistening rainbow compared to the unsupervised/unmotivated sad sacks at country hills. Highly recommend coming to this excellent location which has a fantastic happy atmosphere and clearly proper management which gets out of their office once in a while! Thank you Sage Hill RBC.

I have been to 3 separate locations trying to find a resolution prior to the Sage Hill location. Peace was very knowledgeable and was able to help me fix all my banking issues. I would definitely recommend him; Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I’ve had decent experiences with the rest of the staff, one teller in particular makes visiting this branch very unpleasant. The teller named Mimi has always been very rude and passive aggressive when I come in to make my business deposits, often does not even say hello or make any attempt to be friendly in the slightest and instead acts like I’m personally inconveniencing her whenever I end up at her window. This has been a regular occurrence with her since I have been coming to this branch (over a year). If I wasn’t forced to use this branch for work, I wouldn’t come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an in-person appointment for Jan 22 at 12pm at this branch only to find the that it was closed. I ended up calling RBC, placed on hold for 30 minutes, only for them to say that they could book me an appointment 3 weeks later. Not even an apology or an explanation. What kind of customer service is that? Really considering changing who I bank with in the future..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service offered. Had originally booked an in-person consult with a client rep, but then changed to a video call with same person. On day of call, no link was sent to join conversation and no email or text received if there was any difficulty connecting. Waited a half hour and finally called the main phone number only to be told to book through their on-line appointment calendar again. I've been a client with RBC for more than 40 years, I think some courtesy and better service is expected.
