J	Jay Jahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with the service we receive. I have never had any experience where I have not felt appreciated. The staff are always friendly. Very accommodating with appointments to fit my schedule. I would recommend them over any big bank.

Had to deal with them to transfer some money from another institution and they made a bunch of mistakes; were late to respond to my inquiries, rude and ignorant. Seems they can only deal with very rudimentary banking processes. If you have multiple accounts and complicated transactions I would advise to take your business elsewhere.

Payment came out as scheduled then another payment came out the very next day. When I called to question it they informed me it would take 5 business days for me to get my money back...their error yet I pay the price. Great work guys!
C	Catherine Garry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this branch, the folks on the service counter are amazing, they always greet me by name and ask how I am doing, which is really nice, as I am not in the branch all that often. Brock Godfry, who was a CSR and has moved to management always comes out to say hello and inquires about our latest travels. Zina Paul, our personal banker, as I like to refer to her is extremely professional, I have moved all our banking business, both personal and corporate to have her look after our affairs. She is very attentive to our needs, suggests services that may better meet our needs and always going the extra mile to make sure our needs are looked after. I have called several times from far away places to have business looked after and Zina has always looked after my requests. Nice to know when you are on the road that help is just a phone call away. What I really like about all the Servus branches that I go to, I am not just another number, I am a member and receive great service with a smile. I recommend Servus Credit Union to all my friends and family. Thank you for remembering the small guys!!

I came into servus looking for information on mortgage around a year and a half ago, being a first time home buyer and knowing nothing, and after having a run around from my bank i was with for 6 years, I actually was sat down with and spoke to like a human with questions. I closed my account and have been with them ever since. The service from anyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with in this branch is always great. My go to is always Zina Paul. She is patient and kind and is always ready to help me. She brings a lot of experience with mutual funds and is a fountain of knowledge. She is great and I recommend anyone talk to her. I have also had the privilege of dealing with Brock Godfrey, who is every bit just as pleasant as Zina. Its nice to be more than just an account number. I have nothing but great things to say about this branch and with Servus. I am glad I switched from ATB.

She belittles her employees in front of customers and when interacting with the customers she talks down to you as if you are stupid. I am very disappointed with the service received and will not recommend to others.
