★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an untoasted, barley any cream cheese bagel for ordering a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Look at the photo attached. Also did not get any utensils, butter, or salt for the watered down soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tim Hortons in symon Valley is terrible. The service was beyond slow, I stood with someone else in line waiting at least 5 minutes before the staff even acknowledged that we were there. After they finally took my order, the food was improperly prepared and over cooked. By far the worst tim Hortons I've had the misfortune to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a deal from my cellphone app for 6 pcs donuts for 3.49 no exclusions required. When I started to pick the donuts she said I can't pick the dream donuts coz they're none expensive. I tried to look up for my deal on my phone to show her the terms and conditions but it was gone because she scanned it first before telling me there's exclusions. Because I am pregnant and have my cravings I was willing to pay extra. She told me she will charge me just a dollar instead. She went to the cash register and rang up $1.99. I asked her I thought it's just a dollar, she said she can't do it lol. I don't wanna cause a line up so I just paid but I was so disappointed. It's not the money but the service you know and the way the staff talk, not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stay here to order my coffee, I used my Tim gift card to pay for my order. After they gave me my coffee,they told me my transaction didn't go through. I swiped again and ask for the recipient that not go through. However, they cannot provide me anything that shows the first scan didn't go through. It's weird that nothing can show the transaction failed. And I don't know if they charged me twice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service there was a trainee that was very well spoken and kind. He helped me take my order and made me feel welcome. On top of that his supervisor was some young man named reyan. He was very kind too and helped me decide on what I should get. He provided me with a very sanitary environment and I will definitely be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly they screwed up my order, secondly, the supervisor argues about my comment that they should be probably get smaller bowls if their servings are small (see the picture of the bowl ). I guess Justin Trudeau has lowered the expectations of Canada’s performance at all levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through was a bit much as they never seem to understand me. I have a British accent and often have this issue. Also why do they put milk in peppermint tea. I never ask for milk but I end up asking for a new one almost 100 percent of the time
