★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this company! Unless you want to lose your hard earned money! I invested in financial products suggested by a DR of this company. Lost big time. The worst investment experience ever.

I have had investments through Pinnacle for almost 10 years. There have been a couple of investments that haven't worked out as well, but with my well diversified investment portfolio I am ahead of the game!
When I went through my portfolio in March, my investments have been affected very minimally by the covid events, while my bank portfolio has tanked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We invested in Weslease , Securecare, Prime Income Trust and Clearsky , through Pinnacle. What a disaster to say the least - all completely tanked! Lost approximately 250 thousand dollars! I now see that Clearsky is again raising capital - what a scam! All products were totally misrepresented to us. They all failed during economic boom times. This is a very fishy operation, be careful. I have full documentation of these claims if anyone is interested. Thank you , Doug Mack.

They are all very well educated from top to bottom in Investment Analysis, Corporate Governance and Investment Selection and Diversification as well as compliance. In fact, over the past few years they have helped advise the securities commissions on several of the industries most important issues.
And, as always and most importantly, Pinnacle demands that investor’s interests are always the first priority.
I have been in the capital markets for over 30 years, have raised over $1 Billion by working closely with many national securities dealers and advisors and Pinnacle stands out as one most responsible and capable dealers in the Country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute complete FRAUDSTER! Stay Away. We first invested with Darwin Gerber in 2009 with over $225,000 in various segments including Syntaris and a real estate development project called SoCal, located in Southern California.
Shame on us for trusting this complete fraudster. I am touched to hear about his foundation however I am willing to bet it’s with your money not his!
When I approached him on the complete disrespect and zero follow up throughout the process and queried on the payback of the capital invested, his answer was “Take a pace on line!!” What else is there to say.
I am shocked to learn that Darwin is still in an adviser role with any Company and quite frankly Pinnacle this also speaks to your standard of quality or lack thereof.
Thankfully we are a lot smarter now and have found excellent and honest investment partners who have generated significant gains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE company. One of their brokers convinced me to use my LIRA to invest in 3 separate companies - Weslease, Tandem Assets and Hills of Windridge. ALL fell through and I lost my money. They did not say it was risky, but that it was secure. To make matters worse, I was not receiving any updates at all from anyone at Pinnacle. I see a number of similar reviews. If I do get get satisfaction from this company, I will be consulting a lawyer to begin a Class Action Lawsuit, as I see a number of people who've had a similar experience.
