★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently brought a hiking/outdoor wear kilt here for alterations. I am very happy with the end result! The stitching looks as good as the factory work on the rest of the garment and the hemming is clean and even. The lady who helped me was very nice!

The dress was sleeveless and I wanted sleeves so She created sleeves from scratch using fabric from the hem of the dress. She was so friendly and the quality of her work was very good and detailed☺! I Would highly recommend her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is just awful. I needed a zipper on a jacket repaired as well as the stitching around a zipper on a purse. Dropped the items off on a Saturday and they were ready for pickup on Tuesday evening - decent turn around time. But that's the only good thing I have to say. When I picked up the items I asked for a receipt. And I was told "NO". I asked why I couldn't have a receipt and she responded that I didn't need one because she gave me my items back. I was upset by this and left. When I returned home I released what an awful job she did "repairing" my purse. As you can see, the stitching on the front looks like a patch job at best, she has COMPLETELY sewn through my purse, and to add insult to injury she sewed shut the zipper on the front rendering that pocket useless. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that pretends to care about the quality of their work and doesn't take part in shady business practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason why I attended this location was because ‘Jenny’ the owner stated that she can complete the alteration for my work uniform by the following day. The usual place I got to was busy and I needed this completed asap.
I show up the following day to collect my uniform, only to find out the store was closed for the weekend. I return on Monday and am told that the alterations were not completed and id have to comeback “another time”. Not only were they not truthful but also didn't even have a timeframe for completion. Once I finally received my uniform on the Friday (1 Week). The hemming was done so poorly that the stitching came undone after the first wash.
Id avoid this location and go elsewhere such as Fishman’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife brought in two golf dresses to be shortened. Jenny first told us 30.00 for both. Got a call they they were ready and it changed to 60.00 plus gst. My wife tried the dresses on when getting home and saw that one of the dresses was longer in the front than the back, very noticeable. We went there today to get it resolved. Jenny insisted she did nothing wrong and the dress was fine. Wow so much for customer service.
Do yourself a favour and stay away. My wife’s dress is now ruined. Is there a way to give this review less than one star? Like -5
