This place is great! I took some pieces in to get altered, they did a awesome job! She was very helpful and gave me some options for the alterations. The service is great and reasonably priced. 100% will be back.

In this tailor shop, I had two shirts and four pairs of jeans altered. The lady at the shop was very meticulous [even pickier than I was regarding the alteration], trying to find the best fit for me. [My request for my clothes was simple when I initially went there, but the tailor spent quite a bit of time making my clothes really fit me as well as making them look good]. I was very satisfied with the altered clothes that have been customized for me, and in fact I'm really glad that I followed her suggestion rather than going with my request because the altered clothes look much better than any of my other clothes that I had altered in different tailor shops. This will definitely be the first tailor shop that I'll think of if I have to or want any of my clothes to be altered. They were also very kind and the alteration was quick.

I got my bridesmaid dress hemmed here in the summer. They did an amazing job but it was HIGHLY overpriced. To get about an inch of my dress hemmed and cups put in cost around $180. The other bridesmaid who had much more done to her dress didn't spend over a $100 at another tailor. When I get my dress shortened or any other clothing hemmed, I will be sure to shop around more. Do your research at other tailors around the city before booking here.

What a wonderful experience! I went in to get my wedding dress altered (which was somehow 2 sizes too big). I was nervous and anxious, wondering if it could even be done. I was met with such warmth and compassion, not to mention the eye for what really needed to be done. After my appointment, I come back a few weeks later to a completely transformed dress that looked like what I initially ordered! I will be going back for anything and everything- big or small as the work was just exceptional. Thank you for all your hard work!

Awesome (and very fast) service, friendly and helpful staff, excellent quality work, and to top it all off an extremely reasonable price! I am a very happy customer and I would highly recommend this place for any alterations or repairs. It also feels good to be able to support a local, family-owned business. Did I mention how nice they are? So nice. Oh and they have great hours too, so you can drop off and pick up your items after work if you work a 9-5 type job. Just go here. You won't regret it.

I've had very mediocre customer service at a few other tailors in town. Kim greeted me immediately when I came in, was very pleasant to talk to, and when she found out I needed it the next day (a Sunday), she immediately changed her plan to have it done on Monday and did it on the spot (a button need to be reattached - even though I had come in after hours (she hadn't locked the door yet!). While she was doing it, yet another customer came in, and when I left, she was helping him. She refused to take a tip for a button, forcefully pushing my money back - even though she absolutely deserved one. FANTASTIC customer service, and a genuinely nice person.

I first brought in 3 jeans to be hemmed. Got them back perfectly hemmed in a very short time. No issues there. Then I brought in a pair of dress pants, and asked for 'full break' hem, and she didn't understand that. She said "Everybody is different". A full break (full, half, no break) is a very common hem for men's dress pants. I tried to get it to the right length, by looking down, and using the mirror, and when I got them back, they were too short for a full break. More like No Break hem. I had to take them to a proper tailor and since she cut off too much of the hem, the tailor had to sew on extra material to get them to 'hang' right. Minor alterations no problems, and jeans she did a really good job. But I won't bring in any more good dress pants, or suits for that matter. My fault really but I thought I'd try. I should have stopped when she didn't know what 'Full Break' was. Very nice to deal with, and quick service.

I had to get a jean alteration done, as I had torn the belt buckles off. You couldn't even tell that they had been ripped off - the seams matched perfectly! Plus service was fast, efficient and the cost was very reasonably priced. The owner is also so sweet and friendly. Would recommend!
