The tailor working on my suit was able to even add material on the inside to let out the jacket and my taper was perfectly done. I definitely think I was charged more than fair for the quality of work and customer service!

Store ckerk was pleasant, professional, and helped me make some decisions about what U was asking for and whether it would work the way I wanted. Didn't end up getting the belts done, at her suggestion we are going to try sinething else, but they will get all my alteration business going forward. I was so impressed with the store.

The zipper provided looks phenomenal with the look I was going for, and there wasn't any error in the restitching! The lovely woman who works here even went out of her way to make sure the graphic design in the middle wasn't disturbed! Incredibly fast, lovely customer service, and high quality work! I highly recommend this place, especially for those who are looking for cosplay alterations!

We trust her with all our alterations because over the last ten years we have learned that if you know something isn't quite fitting right, she can usually take one look and figure out what you need. The shop is always clean and Rose makes you comfortable. 5 stars!

Rose altered a pair of protective motorcycle pants, replaced zippers in two jackets and hemmed and altered a pair of jeans for me. The motorcycle pants are multi layered fabric, including kevlar layers for protection with pockets for protective padding…not an easy garment to alter. Thanks to Rose’s work, they now fit perfectly. The new zippers on the jackets look as good as the originals but are now stronger. The sewing quality on each garment is impeccable. The pricing was very reasonable and I am very happy with the outcomes. I highly recommend Rose for both simple and complicated projects!
