Always on time (usually early), helpful and honest! Quality work no matter how simple or complicated the job, Kim is amazing! I have given all my work to her for over 10 years now - dating back to when she had a storefront operation in the nearby Superstore. I personally find this current location better as I don't have to deal with the crazy Superstore parking lot! Whether it is delicate lace, finicky Lycra, a grad dress, suit jacket or pair of jeans, you will not be disappointed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

She truly knows her stuff about tailoring and is very skilled at her craft. She is very passionate about her craft and takes great pride in doing her best to meet the needs of her customers. She does her best to make sure her customers needs are met for tailoring or alterations and it seems there is no limit to what she can do with her skills. Kim is an amazingly detailed and professional tailor. She takes her work very seriously and delivers excellent product. She has tailored my wedding dress and many other garments for me, always to the highest standard. Kim is friendly, and takes a lot of pride in her work. I highly recommend her!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Kim! I was looking around for a dry cleaning service and tailor for my wedding dress and came across her website due to all the great reviews. I am happy to add another outstanding review to her page. Kim did an amazing job on restoring the beautiful ivory colour of the dress. She also hemmed the bottom perfectly! This is the third time we have been here and the quality is outstanding. Kim pays attention to the details and her work is done efficiently. I had 3 skirts that I’ve hardly ever worn (3 times in 5 years), because they were too loose around the waist. Kim altered them magnificently! I now where them frequently! Love them! Now I have a dress I need altered for my daughter’s wedding...I’ll be in soon!

This is the best alterations shop in the city. I had to have multiple cycling garments altered - all made with not so easy to work with technical fabrics - and Kim did an absolutely incredible job, so good that I had her do about a dozen pieces total. I've had this type of work done at other shops in town, and nowhere else comes close. Kim herself is also an absolute sweetheart and treats everyone with with dignity and respect. West Springs is not close to where I live, but I make the trip anyways because it's worth it, and you should too.
