Y	Yvonne Carlone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to Momentum Health West Springs by my daughter who is in health care and told me they were great. I went to see Jason Douglas and Jenn Kelemen. Jason tried several things to improve the pain in my feet so I could avoid surgery but recommended that I see a surgeon. He recommended a surgeon who my own Dr. said he was the best in the city. After successful surgery Jason and Jenn helped me to learn to balance and walk again. They were very patient when I was not! They encouraged me and explained everything they were doing and why. Every thing they did I understood why. I'm being really honest when I say they became my support and help in a time that was very difficult for me. When I was in a lot of pain I would call and they would fit me in that same day. I will never go anywhere else but to that team for physio again. I would totally recommend them to my friends.

Amy diagnosed the problem and gave me treatment and exercises that set me right. She focused on strengthening my ankle so the problem would not re-occur and stretching to address muscle tightness. The team at Momentum West Springs is my first choice whenever I have an injury. I trust them to get me back fast. Thanks Amy and Nicole!

I came to see Jason as the clinic is close to my house and had good reviews and my experience exceeded my expectations. Jason is super friendly, really knowledgeable and was super thorough with my treatment. I felt taken care of and educated throughout the process. Highly recommend.

O	Olivia Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Caterina saved my life. My back somehow woke up locked one weekend and for a couple of days I couldn't make big movements nor sleep on my back. It was painful and scary. Momentum referred me to Dr. Caterina. She carefully assessed my situation and made small adjustments on me each time over 3 sections. In a week, I'm already back to 75% good. It was amazing! We have spread out the visit intervals after recovering to 100%. I am now seeing her every ~10 days to either make a few adjustments or to learn a couple exercise to maintain my health at home. If you ever need a good chiropractor, I would highly recommend Dr. Caterina.
