Called and literally the lady was like "what?" ... um howabout hello..????.. she had little information and she only knew that I was disturbing whatever she was doi g that day which was probably picking her nose.. Then the guy said we didn’t book an appointment with them, so we should come back with an appointment. We got annoyed because of his bad attitude. N	N C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were all very friendly, organized and welcoming. They do take walk ins for passport applications. Arrive early to get in the que, then they will provide you a time to come back for an appointment the same day.
T	Tamara Lynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO PASSPORT SERVICE. Of you are traveling in next 25 days and can provide PROOF of travel, go to downtown office but you must make an appointment! Other renewals or applications you must MAIL IN your forms and documents. Processing I'm told is 5 to 6 weeks. This info accurate as of Jan 25 2022.
K	Kelly Sautner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office is only to confirm and mail your already filled out passport info that you could easily do yourself instead of bothering with the joke of a line. They only accept 25 walk ins per day and they don’t accept any more especially after 9am. They open at 8:30 if you don’t get there by 7:30-8:00 don’t bother. As you will not get your passport submitted. They don’t offer urgent rushing service or anything like that so going here for any passport related thing is a waste of your time.
M	Mark Straub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Harry, told it was appt only and to come here for walk-in service. Showed up around 0900 waited for 30 mins and was told to come back in two hours. Make sure to book an appointment ahead of time as walk-in service is not guaranteed. If you can wait longer than 6 weeks for your passport, just mail it in. I understand they mail renewals at this location vs doing it locally like Harry. After I finally got in, service was great.
J	Jordan Kool on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McDonalds is more competent than this office. I went in on a day where there was 3 clients in there, 2 others and myself. The first security guard asks if you have an appointment and gives you a new mask. He had no record of the appointment of the people in front of me and they had made it yesterday. Then 2 security guards later, they ask me to sanitize my hands and sit me down... then the lady says "so we're doing your bio metrics?"..... no idea where they got biometrics from as I told them right from the first security guard why I was there. Pretty disappointing that we pay for a laughingstock like this.
