★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not saying this location in particular, however it’s all connected in someway! Yesterday I applied with the understanding they would be able to offer help for small business owners, I received a phone call at 6:00 am I missed, then I received one at 10:00 am.
She called me did not give me her name told me few things they offered, I asked about grants and she said. We don’t do that, I said okay so what do you offer for new, small businesses and I don’t want to take out a loan I have done pretty well not taking one out. Her response was okay then, have a good day.
Completely unprofessional and very ignorant. I was just trying to get some information as I don’t know anything about their company. I have never felt such disrespect like I did when they called me this morning. I’ll be sure to be spreading the word to everyone I know how disrespectful and how poorly I was treated. Unprofessional and bad attitude!
If I had time to get her name before she hung up. I wish I had!!
Disgusted!
Oh and second thing don’t promote grant/loans when clearly you only offer loans!
