Aside from that, if you ask to reschedule your next loan payment be prepared to have your request ignored. I had a payment return NSF depsite having verbal confirmation (a week in advance) this wouldn't happen. The best part: the manager tried bullying me into making a partial payment after the fact even though my bank now charged me a $45 NSF fee. The audacity. Moral of the story: get everything in writing.
To give credit where it's due: the staff take their time to clearly explain the terms of your loan, and the building is quite nice. But, as with any financial institution, watch your back.
