S	Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank you for giving me appointment so quickly for the next day on short notice ,I have been trying to communicate with other banks but being a trucker and not good schedule I could not get a quick and a suitable appointment with other banks but as one of my friend suggested your branch so I did a call and I really appreciate how your team responded (don't know the name whom I spoke with) and understood my needs and gave me a next day appointment with Pardeep Kaur. She was very good with me and explained me each and every aspects of the business account. Before signing the documents, she explained me all .Also she helped me to apply the loan and explained me what is very best for my business. As I had appointment for only business account but I made my mind to open personal account also then after finishing the appointment she sent me to the other person and he was also very helpful and explained me everything . I am very glad that I will be doing business with the best and good customer service-oriented people .Thank you very much.

I went with my wife to re-issue my wife's debit card, instead they cancelled my debit card and gave my wife a card which was infact under my name. I found out that my card was cancelled when I went to a nearby store. So frustrating. I went back to TD branch to understand why my card is not working as didn't know at that time that it was their mistake. Instead of accepting their mistake, they didn't give me any reason and said we will issue new card. When they issued the new card that actually cancelled the card that they gave to my wife because they never realized they mistakenly give my wife a card which was under my name. What a joke this branch is. I found all about their mistakes when I called TD online service. Terrible service!

I was cashing a check for 3 years no problem with my name spelled incorrectly and the cashier made a huge issue out of it where it became embarrassing. recently cashed a check i deposited for years name spelled correctly they decided to put a hold on it. told it would be cleared at midnight then called me back and told me it would be cleared on monday which is 10 days is unacceptable i was told to talk to a manager she told me a 5 day hold which fri to fri is 7 days last i checked she told me i was wrong. i told her other managers have helped with this issue she was being lazy and rude. I made 700k in crypto and will not be depositing into a td account

Unfortunately I’ve been going to other locations closer to me and the customer service has never lived up from what I received at this branch.This branch has given me nothing but patience and have been understanding every time I’ve come in no matter the request. I’ve talked to Gurinderjit and Radhika and they both have answered any questions I’ve had with accounts and helped me understand my mutual funds more too making it easier to navigate and save, especially as a student. I’ve seen the other reviews and can’t invalidate their experiences but from what I’ve seen on the busy days, many clients come in with short-temper and no patience, they expect the employees to do their bidding despite their numerous attempts to explain reasonable policy’s put in place. If you don’t know how to respect TD’s rules and policy’s or respect an employee then I would suggest just finding a bank that will bend the rules for you. Wish the branch near me was efficient as this one!
