β β β β β I highly recommend not using this company. We had a trip booked and due to the pandemic we had to cancel. Getting our deposit back was an extremely lengthy process of continually following up and now trying to get our insurance refunded has been a nightmare. We have spoken to the owner of the company who has not returned emails or phone calls after the first conversation. I highly suggest looking into different companies and making sure everyone is on the same page with the disclaimers and getting information in written form.
