Sarah is CEO of Canada’s largest specialty toy and kids book store. She leads 68 stores coast to coast and online with 3,000 employees including our stores, head office and warehouse – bringing to life our authority on play, and creating a world class employee and customer experience.
Sarah is a passionate, energetic leader with a track record of delivering results while leading transformational change at organizations. Previously she was the Senior Vice President, Customer Experience and Omni Channel Strategy at Scotia Bank where she led the bank from #5 to #1 in customer experience ratings. She spent a decade with The Boston Consulting Group, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on large scale customer centric transformations and cultural change. Prior to joining BCG, Sarah worked with Accenture in Finland, Brazil and the United States. Sarah holds both an MBA and an Engineering degree from Queen’s University. She is a lecturer at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in the MBA program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful great staff. Mega choices prices not bargain basis but are competitive. Gift wrapping included awesome choices of paper get ribbons too while you wait watch and chat. Was a positive experiance and found what I wanted for a precocious 5 yrs. old. Would go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I especially love the collection of art and craft kits. Some items are slightly more expensive compared to if you purchased them from amazon or any big box store. But the friendly service and large choice of different toys more than makes up for that. This is my go to place for birthday gifts; and they also offer free gift wrapping which is great for any busy mom.

Staff are friendly and very prompt. We used curbside pickup by ordering online and it was ready within 15 minutes. So fast! Gift wrapping is free! I will definitely come back again and make sure my friends and family know about this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great toy shop mainly dedicated to toys for younger kids. I know a lot of adult collectors and this isn't aimed towards them.. It's mainly learning Toys & a few things of Lego or what ever the recent trend is, like Pokemon or Bay Blade. Still a great store to buy a gift from.
