Allen was my examiner and he is calm, also tried to make me feel relaxed during the test ( I honestly get nervous being tested) and the way he test and talk doesn’t make you feel anxious at all. He sets out a friendly yet professional tone. The people processing papers at the registry are great. I’ve heard some were saying they’re rude but they’re not. They tend to get busy tho when I was there so they could just be pressured by the amount of people they’re helping.

I was quite nervous due to previous horrible experiences with examiners but Sukh was great. He was clear and took the time before and after to let me ask questions and really explained stuff to me in a very clear and articulate manner. During the exam he was calm and clear on the instructions, giving me plenty of heads up for turns and when changing lanes. Really great examiner who clearly knows what he’s doing and explains everything with a lot of detail, even went as far as drawing a diagram for me! Highly recommend.
A	Aya Elwaey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my road test twice at this location. The first time wasn't good because I did an automatic fail manoeuvre. The second one was with the professional examiner Akbar. I passed because of his professional and clear instructions. He gave me a plenty of time to do his instructions like for example turn right at the Second intersection,so I had enough time to change lanes safely before reaching the specific intersection. His attitude was also assuring unlike the first examiner I had who was giving comments on my driving during the test. Please pass my deep gratitude to him for his professionalism during the test. If you want to take a road exam, book at weekdays not weekends as the area was extremely busy during weekends.
H	Hanzo Jinn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was packed, just a people zoo. However, you sign in, they text you, it was not that bad. In and out in about an hour. All registries need to add an express lane for renewals though. If you are there to renew, you can be in and out in minutes. They handle the big crowds quite well, and once I got to the teller, I was out in 10 mins.

Allen is professional but yet human and understanding of the road conditions. He gave clear instructions and was straight forward in the driving skills examined.
