β β β β β I have been here 3 times and each time the experience was very difficult/frustrating. The staff are not knowledgeable, except for one women who was trying to assist everyone because the other staff either did not understand your questions or couldn't provide the correct information. I knew more about my rights re: vehicle renewal, license plates, and the alberta healthcare card then the staff member who was helping me. I would suggest that you save your time and go to the registry on Sarcee trail by the superstore, its an in and out experience over there!

β β β β β Not my preferred registry. Have got wrong advice from staff in past. Seems majority of employees first language is not English (which adds significant communication difficulty). Today I went in and there was a Q code to scan on their front door- they seem to be one of the last businesses in Alberta operating out of date covid protocol. Once scanned it said there was a 43 minute wait. I left and went to Edgemont and no one was in line. Time and time again I am teminded Edgemont is the better choice.

β β β β β The girl at the first desk was soo wonderful. I want to apologize again for coming in with a less than pleasant attitude.. it was a stressful situation.. but she was so understanding, and even got me laughing! Thank you for helping to turn a bad day into a better one.

β β β β β common feature for all registry offices in Alberta is the amount of knowledge that they possess. There is an immediate response as to how they can assist you and they really know their terrain people. Let them assist you and your loved ones because like anywhere you go these days, hospital, emergency services & ambulance folks keep in mind everybody is under tremendous stress under the circumstances of the world so be patient and be safe.

β β β β β Came here to extra-provincially register my company and Julia helped me step by step. With her help, I could get my job done without any pain. There was a bit of waiting time, but the text messaging system updated the wait time and it was very helpful.

β β β β β This registry has made things so easy for me. It is extremely efficient to have the text and wait in line feature. You can text the number from home, then it will tell you the approximate wait time. The people who work there are friendly and very knowledgeable and they do their best to help you!

I was a bit surprised with the check in process due to covid but it was pretty easy and straight forward texting the client while waiting in their car. Once I got in, I have to say the person helping me (David) was amazing. He knew what I needed exactly for personal and business. Advised me of better ways to do things for business and got everything done for me in no time. He explained everything and was appreciative of his advice and it saved me some work. I know I will go there next time and probably looking for the same person too ?

β β β β β Been to this location a few times now and have only had good experiences. Jay especially was such a great help!! Iβm pretty sure I took almost a hour of his time. But he was very very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He was very organized and made it easy for me to change and update all my documents. He made sure to break down processes and helped guide me to make sure I was doing the correct things. So thankful for his time and amazing help!
