M	M B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give this branch zero stars. They are slow and disorganized. You wait an inordinate amount of time to deal with unintelligent, rude and condescending tellers. For some reason every one of the tellers has a smug attitude and act as though it is a bother to help clients. On top of all of that, they are unhelpful and unable to do anything correctly. I would recommend going to a different branch, or better yet just banking with a different bank altogether.

Absolutely disgusting this will be my 4th time coming in in 3 months edit: I’ve continually been given fees I’ve never seen before and transactions moved around so that I would have a negative balance this is a terrible branch do not come here if you enjoy having your money
K	Kevin Transaction on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about the other reviews, but anyone with half a brain or has worked in any service industry would understand that they are understaffed for one of the bigger communities in the city. Given the circumstances, the wait time wasn't too long for my transaction. The little asian girl apologized for my 10 minute wait, for she was the only teller that was open. I needed a bank draft and she waved the fee.
J	Justin Broomfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very angry right now after my visit to this branch. Turned me away when I wanted a cheque deposited. Like what in the actual hell?? What kind of bank turns away a long time client? I've had no problems at any other branch regardless of location. The teller told me no, I would have to go to the issuing branches location and have it verified! 20 minutes before closing when I have rent to pay! Arrived at the issuing branches location only to be told that the other location is NOT ALLOWED TO TURN ME AWAY AND REFUSE THE SERVICE REQUESTED!!!! Called country hills back after being told this and wasn't able to speak to a manager and the ladies attitude was disgusting.
x	xo sauce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best CIBC banks i have ever dealt with. Bank employees are very kind and they were very helpful in what I wanted to be done. Top notch customer service. Opened late which is a plus because I have a full time job that I can't leave until later in the day. I would recommend this bank to everyone.

H	Helene Sy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this area but I can't have my banking in this location. Customer experience is very bad. I feel I'm wasting their time. So intimidating. Today, May 30. I have to give it a try maybe service change but it's worst. I deposited cash and few cheques. The teller Amani, failed to deposit cash. She only deposited the cheques. My faults did not check the receipts after the transaction. I trusted the bank. I noticed when I arrived home that my 900 cash was not in my bank account. I have to drive back to this location and reiterate everything where is the money I handed to her? Such a hassle. This location country hills never change handling customer service. Bad, judgmental and not welcoming to clients. I have to go to other location of CIBC to have service I deserve. Hope the bank manager Kenny Chan can fix this issue.
