New to the neighbourhood, found this to be closest and so I booked a relaxation treatment for today. They did not disappoint. The therapist was awesome, quite heavy handed which I prefer. I requested to focus on legs and neck. I can now go back to walking in snow with heavy boots :)

Denise was wonderful and very knowledgeable . She answered all my questions and gave me advice to help with my back and neck issues. I felt amazing after my therapeutic massage. The receptionist was super friendly, the whole atmosphere was relaxing.looking forward to my next appointment.

For a place to have won many awards, I have been disappointed during my last 3 visits. My recent therapeutic massage takes the cake with LILY and she is what I call a LAZY and unprofessional massage therapist. I couldn't wait to get out of my appointment because all she did was moisturize my body with coconut oil and did not apply any techniques at all. She also whipped off the sheets when I turned over exposing my behind and she didnt even try to fix it or apologize. When I politely asked her how long she has been massaging, she rudely responded with 14 years and persisted to keep asking me why I want to know her work experience. For someone with an extensive history in the field, you would expect a more professional approach to the conversation and understand that you need to adjust the way you massage or ask the client how they're doing if you are not getting any compliments. She then used a wooden round tool without my permission at the base of my neck and told me that I have a "big problem" and a "bump". Mind you this barely there bump has never been an issue or noticed by any therapist or chiropractor in the past. I was so uncomfortable and told her that she was hurting me but she persisted to keep applying pressure at the same spot and told me to just take it. This was clearly very intentional as she did not ease off on her pressure or change her technique. She also had the audacity to tell me to ask for her the next time I come in?!? Next day, I had a big bruise and is the spot is still quite tender 3 days later. Do yourself a favor and avoid Lily. I hope this review finds the owner well and to hopefully assess all their employees before letting them use their "own techniques" at work.

Had one of the worst massages ever. The massage therapist understood very little English and I had trouble communicating what I wanted. She didn't understand when I asked her to apply more pressure or to work on a specific body part. When you're paying more than $90 for a full body massage, you want to leave satisfied. I definitely was not! Will not be going back!

I just had my massage by Alejandra Maira Guerrero. I have gotten many massages from many clinics, and to be honest, tonight's massage was my best so far. She exceeded my expectations and she was very professional and listened to my requests. The massage pressure was great, and I believe I napped for a bit while having my massage. I will highly recommend Alejandra and Euphoria Massage clinic to my family and friends. The front receptionist was very professional and great as well.

I usually go to this place and have seen the same massage therapist for a while, who is awesome and knows me well. Yesterday I was in a lot of pain and they were able to squeeze me with someone else. I was a bit skeptical anout the change but to my surprise, Krista was also amazing. She has super good hands. Very relaxing and also helped me with the pain I had. My massage therapist started slowly far from the pain area and was very good to control her strength. She went far and beyond to explain me her findings on certain areas of my back after the massage and to recommend me specific exercises, which not only demonstrated knowledge and experience but also care for the patient! For sure I recommend this place!
