Subbed absolutely everything with wilting flowers and a couple of moss balls turning a sympathy bouquet into a lovers attempt at romance. And to boot shoved it in a cheap black plastic pot. Absolutely will never order from here again or refer to anyone. Knew it was gonna be bad when the flowers on her delapitated porch were dead. Absolutely livid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience. I ordered the 24 rose bouquet for my fiancé this valentines. I wasn't sure at first as I didn't have any experience with them. I spoke to Bhavna from Windsor Bloom and she was so helpful. She delivered the flowers on time and the arrangement was exactly like I wanted. Would highly recommend them if you want that personalized experience. Would order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called here earlier today around 4pm looking to send flowers to cheer up my mom while I’m out of town. We had little hope that we could get flowers delivered the same day at such short notice but Niyanta made it possible! Not only did the surprise delivery cheer up my mom, but they also just created a new customer. Thank you so much for your kindness and flexibility!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed two orders of flowers from myself and my parents for my sister's 50th birthday.
Within a couple of days the flowers were completely dead and both had some sort of sponge that made it difficult to water as well.
My whole family, especially my sister, are very upset and feel that we wasted a lot of money for nothing.
We have not received any response to an email... No refund or replacement or apology. We will not be recommending this place to anyone.
