My husband and I both agree that working with Monica was a great experience, we even received compliments from our guests and vendors on how pleasant it was to work with Monica. Despite rain on our wedding day, Monica created a romantic and intimate ceremony space inside our reception venue. Picture Perfect Wedding and Events customized our package for our needs and offered us resources and contacts to ensure our wedding day went smoothly. Working with Monica was an enjoyable process and we would strongly recommend her company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monica thinks of every last detail which adds to a very organized, calm, efficient wedding. In the midst of chaos, Monica maintains a wonderful smile and personality and makes it all look easy. I appreciated the attention to budget and invoices were provided immediately for payment. Monica provides several options at various price points and actively looks to see if she can get you a better deal. I would highly recommend Monica as a wedding planner for any size wedding. We had several complex components including a helicopter and three days of catered events that Monica pulled off seamlessly.

Monica provided valued suggestions and advice regarding how to make our day run as smoothly as possible and was able to help with actually putting those suggestions into action. She was extremely organized in her communication with our other vendors and ensured that everything ran smoothly and on time. At our wedding she ensured that things ran on schedule and helped with many last minute details. Picture Perfect Events was able to work with our florist to ensure our wedding space looked as lovely as possible and utilized all of the provided decor beautifully. Monica truly alleviated our fears and worries surrounding our wedding and we were genuinely appreciative of all of her hard work and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received one piece of advice from everyone that we spoke with after Rob and I got engaged - use a wedding coordinator. Monica from Picture Perfect Weddings was fantastic. I would now like to pass on this advice to anyone that is newly engaged and starting to plan their wedding.
From the first day I spoke with Monica, I knew she was genuine and passionate about her job, and would be a perfect fit for us. Monica really listened to understand what we felt was important and what our expectations were for our wedding day - and she helped bring our big day to life. The couple weeks leading up to the wedding were stress free and so enjoyable. Monica was very encouraging with all of our suggestions and always provided helpful tips to meet our expectations for the day. Although we were not based in Calgary, she was very easy to work with and accommodating with meeting times and locations. Monica did such a wonderful job decorating and keeping everything moving along to allow us to enjoy the day with our friends and family. Working with Monica was the best decision we made!
