I purchased a premium arrangement which came to $100 and got what looked like a $20 arrangement. Very disappointing!!! I sent 2 emails to resolve this issue and never got a reply. Save your money and choose elsewhere!!!

But they not just advise me on some detail tips and also set up decors on site. I love the service from beginning to the end. And of course I score a big βYESβ as a happy ending . ! Sent an email and have never heard back from the florist Told my boyfriend never to use them again, since customer service is not a high priority, yet on the website it states 100% Happiness Guarantee - Promise to quickly address any issue.

β β β β β Flowers were beautiful but giving one star for the service. The delivery man came with flowers for the funeral of a dear family member. When asked to kindly place the flowers on a table 3 feet away from him, his reply was βyou can grab them and do it yourselfβ. Unacceptable service and indelicacy towards our family during a sensitive time.
