★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a Sobeys. If you have been to one, you have been to them all, (minus a slight change in layout from store to store). They have in-store made maple ham that we enjoy, but it is not always available. Grab it when you find it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good grocery store. I'm not sure why you'd shop here with superstore so close by. The prices at sobeys are always higher (example: similar windshield fluid was 5.83 at sobeys while 2.83 at superstore)
I only go here if I'm in a rush and want to avoid people ha ha.
They do have some unique selections and the bakery is yummy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and convenient for me. I live close by. Prices a bit higher in most products. But worth it if you are in a hurry. They still pack your bags and have adequate tellers

Produce is fresh, bread always fresh. Checkout lines are quick as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great grocery store updated a year ago I think with a seafood counter, a deli, bakery, organic products, good prices and parking….except the produce is sometimes mushy. But they have a great variety of things. Whether things are in stock or not at night depends which location you go to & the staff is nice too. A good experience!
