I've found that their pricing comes in the lowest of the major firms out there and not only the price but the speed and accuracy of the reporting is excellent. All too often there are firms out there who take on audits but due to their size, they sub-contract the actual audit to independent auditors who are potentially not familiar with the Condo Act and regulations which can result in inaccurate information being put out there.
