Players are coached by extremely experienced individuals who focus on baseball fundamentals, developing skills, accountability, respect and hard work. Program also includes conditioning at Winsport, which is instrumental to developing well rounded athletes. The thing we appreciate and respect most from the program is the level of communication both with players and parents on player development, areas of growth, improvement, future goals but most importantly the importance of being the best player on the field and the best person off the field.

They are not only teaching the kids to work hard, train hard but to be a team player and to be a good team mate. Strive is top notch and we won’t go anywhere else now that we have found it.

The coaches are very invested in guiding the kids to be the best players they can be. They don't just teach the mechanics of baseball but sportsmanship and being the best that they can be. We have both our younger and older son in the peewee/bantam and midget programs, respectively, and we couldn't be more impressed with the coaching staff at both levels. These guys are truly the best I've seen in any baseball program I've ever had my children involved in.
