I woke up with a non responsive phone. As soon as I got to UBreakIFix, Russell not only identified the problem, gave me multiple alternatives, and had my phone fixed in three hours. Amazing service, amazing job.

I had my phone repaired here They sold me a screen protector for $80.00 that they demonstrated it could be hit with a Hamer the s reel protector worked well but started to bubble after a week . I returned it and they replaced it at no charge . Within a few days I saw cracked on my screen. When I got back to Calgary the phone had guit working I took it back k to them the screen was smashed it looked like it was run over by a truck but had been carried in my back pocket like I dune for years I offered to pay half to replace the screen but was told they couldn't do it for 100.00 I feel that the second screen protector was faulty. They told me that that was impossible. So I will go elsewhere to have the screen fixed at a higher price

Had a bad experience at a different company that I had previously been loyal to for many years. When I came to this location, the man working there (longer hair, face shield- I can't remember his name) waa very sympathetic to my experience at the other business. And was so accomdating- he even looked to see if I would be eligible for a less expensive repair. Price was reasonable and I ended up having a great new screen protector installed as well. My phone was also ready hours earlier than expected. I hope I do not need to- but if I do, I'll be back! Definetly recommend. I will drive the 35 minutes just because of the wonderful customer service. Yank you again!

Amazing service! Russell was so knowledgeable, helpful and the only positive thing about my Pixel 6 purchase. There are not many places in YYC that can repair the Google Pixel, but so glad I found him and this location. Highly recommended!

I have taken my iPhone to this location on a couple of occasions and every time I receive outstanding customer service! They always fix my phone and return it to me as fast as possible - almost always the same day. The staff are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They keep me updated on the repairs and the expected time of completion. The prices are very competitive! The warranty program is excellent and there are absolutely zero hassles. I highly recommend UBreakiFix at the Country Hills location! They have never let me down!

More expensive than competitors but they were extremely fast not only in communications but in the repair as well ( s20 plus screen replacement). Literally within hours of breaking my screen I was able to schedule an appointment online over the phone, drop off my phone and pick it up a few hours later same day. Screen protector they sold me is not holding up as well as I would've hoped but they were very good attempting to address my concerns. They charge a premium, but for speed and quality I'll use ubreakifix again. Thanks

We had a very positive experience after taking our daughters I6 to them for an anticipated repair/replacement of the charging port. The Apple store had indicated that the phone needed to be replaced as the charging cord was loose and not connecting properly in the port. I brought it in, and after a quick cleaning of the port by a very competent employee, the connections were once again working fine. I would not hesitate to come back with our devices in the future and support uBreakiFix, as I find them to be very trustworthy.

First brought my phone in a month ago with a ribbon cable issue. It was replaced and the price at the time felt outrageous for just a small ribbon cable which I could have sourced and replaced myself, although with a long wait for shipping. A month later, the issue resurfaced and they were happy to repair it not only for free under their warranty, but I received a full explanation - my model of phone has a chassis issue which causes pressure problems with the ribbon cable. I realized then that I was paying for quick service and highly knowledgeable personnel. From my understanding of the bill, they used additional glass tape to alleviate the pressure on the ribbon cables and didn't charge for it. The price may seem premium at first but it's for a premium service.
