Narda has to be one of the most understanding, kind and extremely helpful representative I have ever encountered. I recently had my phone and wallet stolen and Narda really turned a terrible situation into a hopeful one. She was there to help me every step of the way, was so understanding of my situation, and did everything she could to make sure I was back on track in getting my phone and plan all back in order. As long as Narda is at this location I will continue to visit for any assistance or purchases in the future.
