★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most horrific experience. One of the workers (an Indian girl) I don’t know her name was on her phone talking to ‘friends’ all while I was there. I went to sit on the bench and she called the mall security on me, a customer, while I was waiting for my services to be fulfilled. I didn’t feel good leaving this location and I’m never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no point going to this store you are better off going to a wind cooperate store. They did not honor the warranty on my phone. I bought a phone from them and a few days later the phone was freezing I took it back to the store as I was within my 15 days return policy and they will not exchange my phone because it had scuff marks on it. The policy states to return the phone in "like new condition" not 100% unused. I used my phone and of course there will be scuff marks on it. What is the point of having a return policy if you are not going to honour it. It was later I learned that they resell the phones so they need it in absolutely new condition. The corporate freedom stores do honour the return policy. Don't waste your time here, poor service!!! Go to a corporate store and get your phone from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are poorly trained and do not even understand the basics of the contract terms. I asked for a quote on a phone and plan. The poorly trained staff asked for my license which she then proceeded to enter into her computer. I was given a quote on a plan and the phone which was not what was advertised. I said I was not happy with the offer and declined to proceed with services. I later found out that they ran a hard hit on my credit report. Which as you know brings a credit score down. In summary a very poor level of transparency and service. I would not utilize this service provider as ultimately the costs were the same as other carriers but the service levels were far below the industry norm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unhelpful came to get a physical sim for my phone an the lady said I have to bring my wife to the store along with my 3days old baby. Since she is the primary account holder and didn’t want to help me in any ways. Tried to explain her my situation seems like she don’t care if I have to drive 50 min with a mom who just got out of hospital and in severe pain. Didn’t expect this kind inhuman treatment from a Canadian business. Call customer service they are the same. So one advice to reader on google I am stuck with them but you still have a time to save yourself anyways they are cheap maybe 5$ a month but you don’t get any coverage from them outside city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankit Jindal was the most helpful salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. He hooked me up with a bunch of discounts and got me a cheaper bill with an upgrade. Went way above & beyond for customer service. I would recommend you ask for Ankit if coming to this location for anything. Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience at this location. Person working there was obviously not happy to be working there. She constantly took personal phone calls and was not welcoming at all. Was more annoyed that there were customers in the store. We just left to get help at another location.
