★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've dealt with PureIT for the past 9 years and through 2 different companies I have worked for. I brought them onboard the fist company 9 years ago and the other two companies since. Even after changing companies PureIT continues to do work for all of them.
A great thing about their service is that they can do as little or as much as you require. They are a full service shop and I have used them as backup for an internal IT person or to take over control of the full IT activities. A big plus with them is that they have a large group of people working for them who have enough experience that they can address most if not all needs. If they are unable to help, when it is beyond their scope they have been very helpful in providing referrals to other professional.
A personal problem they helped resolve, which shows their dedication, after the Calgary flood of 2013, two senior personnel from PureIT attended our office which was closed due to flooding, walked up dark stairways with flashlights and removed our server. It was taken to their office, set up and fully operational and accessible within 24 hours from their office. This allowed our personnel to work from home as we were out of our office for 5 weeks. Our company was only down for one day and had no loss of data. You can't get better support than that.

They were tasked with multiple IT issues upon hiring and they have continually proven to be up to the task. Core duties were to provide infrastructure stability, review network protocols and system access. This includes updates as required, new security systems, implement backup systems and be available for timely support. Excellent job PureIT!
