Plus I really like the customer representative here the lady is real nice and helpful even the loading guy always helped me load the large lumber intoy truck. Really appreciate the help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LIES, BRUTAL SERVICE! Don’t try to rent equipment here. We spent $1000+ on backyard Reno material contingent on a sod cutter and they cancel last minute. Incredibly rude on the phone from the rental department. Asked to speak to manager and was put to the “acting manager” who continued to lie. TERRIBLE! Offering no solutions saying all Home Depots won’t offer this right now. We call another location at 8:30pm before closing and weird, we get a sob cutter. Would never use this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far my experiences here have been good. I Bought a Milwaukee m18 about a month ago and the staff were very friendly. I wish I could remember her name but the cashier I had was honest about my warranty for my tool and she told me the process for everything if I have problems but I saved money not needing to buy extra warranty. Lots of places don’t tell you that tools come with warranty and they just up sell for it but I’m glad I was told honestly that I didn’t need to buy extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to Beacon Hill Home Depot and spoke with Diego (I believe). I went to order 1 gallon of tinted Marque paint, they did not have the medium base I needed. I asked if they had 4 quarts and if they would match the price of the gallon. Diego said they would match the price but they only had 3 in stock. He found me 4 quarts at the Country Hills store. He called to confirm and had them hold them for me. I travelled back to the Country Hills store and had them tint to my color. I asked the paint manager if the would match the gallon price and she replied ‘no’. I took the 4 quart cans to the check out and was shocked to realize that they were $28.47 each where a gallon was $64.97. This purchase was going to cost $121.67, almost double what the gallon would cost. I asked to speak with a manager but was told they were not available and were all on holidays. They offered to bring in a supervisor. Guess who comes over, that’s right the same gal that already told me she would not match the price. I explained Diego said they would have matched the price her response was ‘ they can’t tell us what to do’. What the heck is that supposed to mean. Isn’t Home Depot a chain? Shouldn’t they all do the same? Bottom line is I was shopping for 1 gallon, they couldn’t supply so we substituted for 4 quarts. I will NEVER step foot in this Home Depot again and would encourage you customers to think twice. They do NOT treat their customers fairly in my opinion.
