★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant location and efficient service. Tasty chicken, a bit dry. Reasonably priced. Franchise is dying in Calgary only 3 locations left in a City of over a million people. Maybe CARA needs to back off and let these franchises focus on getting a few more customers in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is unfortunate that this restaurant is the closest Swiss Chalet to our home because the service is TERRIBLE. This restaurant needs new ownership/management and all new staff. We ordered online for pick up with a time of 5:55 for pick up. We get to the restaurant at 6:00 to pick up to only wait there until 6:18 for the meal to be ready to go.
Now... do not give a promise time if you cannot follow it. This isnt even what bothers me the most. What bothers me is that I could see directly into the kitchen and watched the young lady who was cooking/packaging the take out meals, touch her face repeatedly, pull her mask down, and touch her lip. She did not wash or sanitize her hands after this and continued to leave her mask down. There was also another female employee who kept touching her mask while packing food for the drive thru. Im sorry but if this how your staff is handling my food I do not want to eat here.
Finally get home with our meal and it is cold, the fries are not cooked, and the rib sandwiches are so soaked in grease that we threw everything out. Not acceptable and this restaurant needs some big changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered through Uber Eats, and the driver picked up the food from this location. As I'm waiting for it to arrive, I received a notification that the order was cancelled. I called the restaurant to see what happened and they explained that the driver was totally rude and took the food, but then handed it back saying he wasn't going to deliver to my address. The driver didn't feel like completing the order, and cancelled after the restaurant prepared the food. So inconsiderate! I'm giving this location 5 stars because the lady I spoke to on the phone was very kind. I reordered and she even offered to remake the food fresh for me. This was a nice gesture and I really appreciate it. Thank you for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is always great, the service is good and the food quality is amazing. It got fairly busy so the food took awhile to come but everything tasted great and the portion sizes are large. The kids menu items are well worth it! I highly recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this Swiss chalet is great. I got my meal within 5 minutes… FRESH AND TASTY . I forgot to mention about cutlery , ketchup but they reminded me by asking if I need some. Plus the customer service is excellent. The evening supervisor was very sweet and helpful with the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed my dinner, my girl friend loved fries.We came to drive thru today. The service was too good as the lady over there spoke so nicely to me. The food was hot and yummy as well. I just love Swiss chalet and will come again to this place with my friends again. : )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our first time to order in this Branch in Calgary. We had unpleasant experienced and thinking were done in Swiss Chalet. 1. We went to thus branch to dine with but they said it is better to order online and they gave us a coupon $5 off of total order but when we asked what is the address of the store, staff can not tell us. 2. Server is having hard time to communicate in English I am an Asian and there is not racial discrimination on this. 3. We asked for spoon, fork and tissue and they said yes. But when we reach the Hotel, there is none! We eat the food using our bare hands. 4. Server on the till is confused, she doesn't know what she is doing. May be new to the job. Please see the photos. I am honest on my review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were visiting Calgary for a few days and wanted to dine in at this location. We had a few individuals who were not yet vaccinated so they went out and purchased their rapid test the day before. This restaurant said that they were participating in the exemption program which means they legally have to allow those who are vaccinated as well as those with a negative test that has been taken in the 72 hour time period. We were refused and tried explaining to Rajesh but he would not let us in. He then called Max the general a manger and he told him to refuse us as well. We were all prepared with the correct papers and IDs and were illegally refused service. I will say that they were nice people there however are not running a business legally during this pandemic.
