★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has 8 people in it we all go to Starbucks almost daily. My daughter has gone twice this week having really bad service both times.but the second time she went and bought her drink and asked for an extra cup for her 1 year old brother to share. The lady told her she had to pay for it where my daughter responded my family asks this every time with no charge.the young lady through the cup at her no lid or straw. My daughter was so upset she does not want to go back she says she is going to stay to slurpees. This is so disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this Starbucks(on main Street beside Cobb's bakery). The staff are super friendly and make a point to remember repeat clients, always very clean and upbeat. They are very quick but very accurate when making drinks and food. I love that they make you feel welcome no matter who you are. Definately recommend to multiple family members and friends. Highly recommend going to this Starbucks for not only great coffee and other food and drinks but for the welcoming staff who always make you smile and happy and feel like your 100% accepted no matter who you are??❤️????♥️??☕

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low standards. My experience used to be good here but the last year drinks and food have been made wrong or forgotten. Sandwiches are mushy/soggy and cold even when i ask for them to be warmed and ive been given broken bags for them so my food falls on the floor when I leave. Drinks are missing key ingredients making them taste bland and aren't what was payed for. And attitude is given when you ask them to correct their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This week I was at this location twice. The first time my drink lid had some sort of cinnamon syrup all over it. I ordered a refresher and they didn’t follow covid protocol when putting my lid on. The second time I asked for LIGHT ice and it’s still has a ton in it! Please make my drink right if the company is charging $6 for a drink. New year, new price!

How is this a venti caramel macchiato with no foam. The drinks not even full..! Am I supposed to believe it’s actually made correct at all... 7:38am 8/17/19
$7.40 for a drink I didn’t order, Airdrie Starbucks definitely do not follow standard..! NOT RETURNING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst starbucks in Airdrie. They almost always have their mobile order turned off as they did again today. Service in store was slow even though there was traffic. The male server who took my order was sarcastic and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went last Thursday (I think) and had great service all around. The lemon loaf bread felt like a lemon party in my mouth. The guy working, Aaron, not only went above and beyond, but showed great care with what he was doing. I feel great customer service will always be his finest point. This location is what all true Starbuck's should strive for!
