Z	Zahra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased refrigerator, stove, hood fan, dishwasher, washer and dryer and all expensive appliances, I ordered them way in advance (months)to give Karim ample time to have my appliances in when I needed them, but I waited extra 2 months for them, I asked repeatedly for my invoice and he always promised he’d send it in and guess what I’m still waiting. Now my refrigerator needs repairing and Samsung can’t repair it without my proof of purchase. Again now 18 months later and I contact him again only I get Sohail who promises me Karim would call, well 2 days later I call back and tell Sohail if I don’t receive a call back I’m reporting you to BBB, wow what do you know, Karim returns my call after 3 days and gives me more excuses, now he tells me I’ll get to you by Thursday or Friday at the latest so I gave him the benefit of the doubt, well it’s Tuesday and I still haven’t received anything from him. I spent roughly $20,000.00 m there and I have no proof of it because he’s a lying cheating person who doesn’t care that my family hasn’t had a refrigerator for over 10 days. I’m disgusted with him and I know what goes around comes around. He sweet when you walk in but when gets your money he forgets how to be human

My washer died on me and Sohil, Karim, and the AAF team stepped up and got my family and I a new washer/dryer set in no time!! Not only that, their delivery team was excellent and professional. Their service and knowledge was head and shoulders above the big box stores.

They are very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make my experience and very positive one. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs appliances or furniture!!!

Every big box store we contacted didn't carry stock and wasn't able to get a fridge to match our specs (limited space in between cabinets) any sooner than between two weeks and month-and-a-half. We stopped by Airdrie Appliance on a whim on Sunday and were able to get the exact appliance we were looking for delivered on Monday morning! They frequently sell from their floor stock (not plugged in, therefore not getting any sort of wear), knowing that many situations don't allow for long ordering delays! We were assisted by a lovely lady named Irene, who was knowledgable but not at all pushy. It was an incredible, positive experience in the midst of a stressful appliance search.

This store refused to take it back, they are forcing us to contact the manufacturer under warranty. It never even successfully cleaned one dish, now it's going to be weeks before we can replace this dishwasher and get one be that actually works, or buy one somewhere else and be out $900. Of course we would not know it was defective before it was installed.
H	Hali Bible on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year in June I purchased an oven and a Frigidaire upright freezer. Just after the one year manufacturer warranty on the freezer expired the freezer died. I am so thankful I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty through Excelsior which was recommended. It turns out the freezer was discontinued because of issues so I ended up with a new model freezer and they also covered up to $500 for spoiled food. The $200 I paid sure worked out in my favor. I know most appliances last for years and an extended warranty isn't always needed but another benefit of the Excelsior warranty is that it covers power surges which can damage appliances and are not covered under manufacturer warranty. We've had a few of these this year in Airdrie. The staff at Airdrie Applicance and Excelsior were amazing to deal with and I had my cash to cover food spoilage and my new freezer within a week. Excellent service!!

She was so wonderful and helpful when I came in to purchase a new fridge as ours had stopped working. She was very patient and knowledgable and took the time to find what might work best for my family and I. I really appreciate the detail and extra customer care she gave. It is so nice to have a local store with such amazing customer service- definitely will be seeing her in the future for any appliance needs
