We went in to get an idea for appliances and walked out with a full package deal an hour later! Jenica was not only so helpful and knowledgeable but she was so sweet with my kids and really went the extra mile! Give that girl a raise!

Dale the manager and Roger in plumbing were extremely rude and inconsiderate. I came to Lowe's to purchase all my bathroom fixtures and the staff in the afternoon were wonderful and very helpful. Then I left and came back in the evening to find no one in plumbing. Johnson from appliances helped me and tried his best but said he would leave message for Roger and he would grab my items. I came in 2 hours later and Roger was on his break again. After waiting 20 minutes he shows up tells me he has my items and they are the item numbers I requested and refused to review what those items were. It was like he was doing me a favor while helping me, which is his job. The price did not match what I was told and to no surprise Roger was no help. This is when Dale the manager shows up. No compassion or concern for the customer. I am shocked how the service from the morning staff is vastly different from that of the evening staff.

January 21, 2022. I have the worst experience in my life. I came here to buy furnace filter and I forgot to grab my wallet. My wife sent me credit card pictures (on WhatsApp) and I added that into my apple pay (smart technology in 21st century). Later they said sorry we don’t accept tap, we need to see physical card. I talked to the manager, and explained her everything but no help. I even explained her that nobody can add any random credit card into their apple pay without verification from the bank app. Anyways long story short, I am a contractor and you just lost $1000’s of business. ??????????

I went to crossiron Mills Lowe's. I had to deal with customer service to exchange a chainsaw, I tell you those women that help me where the best women ever to deal with. Its the best experience I've ever had at a customer service desk. They went beyond their means to help me. Couldn't find the chainsaw that I needed but eventually they went other way and found it. I preordered a battery online And had the wrong confirmation number. Once again they went out of their way found the right confirmation number and got me the battery. This all took about an hour But they were patient, so was I and everything went well, they were awesome.

My husband and I have renovated 75% of our house so far and this Lowes has been TOP TIER customer service for absolutely everything we’ve needed! From drywall, subfloor, tools, parts, appliances and even delivery- you name it, we’ve bought it! 9 times out of 10 the associates that we have had have been super helpful! One that stands above the rest though is Jenica in appliances- We explained the project we were doing and she gave us amazing solutions for some issues we mentioned and didn’t β€œsell us” something we didn’t need! We truly appreciate her going above and beyond her regular duties!!

Customer service here is great most Lowe's are good but this place was great. Attentive staff that knew where things were and showed you where not just pointing. Great early tomato plants were there when i was getting supplies to build a garden.

Very poor results at Lowes Cross Iron in Calgary. We purchased Stainmaster vinyl plank flooring based on salespersons strong recommendation of the "lifetime" warranty. We were assured it was an excellent product and if we had any issues, no matter what, we would be covered under lifetime residential warranty. The flooring proved to be defective. We contacted Lowes who refused to do anything for us - instead, insisting all warranty claims would have to go through the manufacturer. We went through the lengthy warranty submission process with Stainmaster only to be immediately informed that the issue we were dealing with was a "manufacturer defect" and the flooring only has 1 year warranty on manufacturer defect. We explained that the packaging clearly states "Lifetime Residential warranty" (provided a picture from an unopened box) and told the Stainmaster rep about the guarantee provided by the Lowes salesperson. The response was that there is a slip inside the box that has fine print explaining there is only 1 year to claim for manufacturer defect. Nice! Nice and misleading? Nice ripoff? What a very convenient position for Lowes to take - promise the world to a customer to get the sale and then conveniently wash their hands of any actual responsibility. We have also observed the same flooring in other locations with the same issues we experienced. Now, we not only avoid Lowes Cross Iron but we avoid shopping at Lowes entirely.

Great selection of packing and moving supplies. The small and medium boxes are study with handles and have a flaps down feature to keep them out of the way until you are ready to close the box up and tape it. Competitive in prices to other moving suppliers, I prefer these over Walmart and Home Depot. Comparable to Uhaul. Small boxes would be better if their bottom and top flaps were a bit longer so when they were taped shut the gap that was there wouldn't be but not a huge concern. Medium boxes were perfect, no gap. I've been here a few times buying these supplies and they have been well stocked.
