Every staff member that took care of me provided outstanding customer services as well. I highly recommend this Jewellers. Thank you

I had dropped off my hearts and arrows diamond ring within this company to have the diamonds re clawed. The company told me 10 days and my ring will be done.
After 2 weeks, I heard nothing. Went into the store and was barley greeted by the woman at the desk looking at something. I asked if my ring was ready, and she didn't know what I was talking about. I told her about my ring and she said "oh yes, I remember the ring, but don't remember you". Can you say rude?!
She then proceeded to tell me the ring was only dropped off 5 days ago. And I began to tell her she is incorrect because I had a passenger with me when I dropped it off and they left at the end of the month.. And it was more than 5 days into the next month. She argued that she's going to believe her system and that my ring wasn't ready yet.
CAN YOU SAY SKETCHY!???? Use this company at your own risk!!

I went in earlier this week to buy a gift for Mother’s Day and the manager was helping me to pick out the perfect gift .She is very knowledgeable and welcoming . I had a great experience I would definitely recommend and I’m definitely going back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drop off my ring for resizing and someone called me next day and she said it need bunch of things must be done that’ll cost $1100 all together. I asked again what needed to be done I just want to resize it, again she said number off things I’m not familiar with, only I caught up was all the claws need re tip. I said this is brand new ring than she said okay okay, okay how about $250? I said no I would like to pick it up. Again she put price to $240 I said no. Than the manager called soon after that (what a high school lol)she talked none stop 20 minutes did not ask what I want or what I need. Sorry to say that but had to hung up on her I wasn’t going to listen to her another 20 mins. The next day I went to pick it up, the manager and sales person was so cold, rude and showed me the attitude. However, same day I went to Cross Iron mall and re sized for $85 in same day picked it up, no dramas. I even asked could you check the ring thoroughly and he said I checked and all good no need any repairs. This was my experience with them and I’ll never go there.
Updating, Salesperson was from India and the next day who called with a quote she had the same accent and I'm guessing that might be the same person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my Nana's ring in to be sized after my now fiance used it to propose with. I'm so Impressed with how it turned out. I wish I had before and after pictures but I didn't think it would be this big of a difference. They cleaned it right up and now my ring looks like how I imagine it looked on her finger when my Papa proposed. It was also ready earlier than predicted and they called me to let me know so I could get it right away. I'm so happy I decided to stick to a local company to take care of something so close to my heart. Thank you guys so much!!

ALWAYS EXCELLENT customer service and WONDERFUL owners! I have been a customer since they were located at the old Towerlane Mall location. Jewelry and watch repairs were always perfectly done. One of my favourite rings came from them many years ago and its design is timeless. Shawn at Swedish Jewellers is the best!
