Her adjustment methods are gentle and effective. I am hopeful that with her help, I’ll finally regain full mobility without pain, which I have been dealing with for many years.

However the front staff/receptionist leave something to be desired, and their inability to accommodate or even offer alternative booking suggestions has left me to look for a new chiro in the middle of the most intense back injury I have ever had.. Too bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t say enough about this clinic. Everyone is so wonderful and welcoming. I was first introduced to this clinic when my newborn was struggling with reflux about a year ago and it was recommended that we see Dr. Melanie. As someone who has never been to Chiro before I was quite apprehensive about taking my newborn, but Dr. Melanie was so wonderful with both of us. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago when I was experiencing some chronic low back pain and decided I should try out Chiro myself. Dr. Melanie was so helpful and I have experienced such relief after just two adjustments. A long labour paired with desk work and honestly just not taking time to care for myself led to the chronic back pain for over 6 months that is now finally starting to feel better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so happy with my experience today! I've been having back pain and could barely function! I saw Dr Laurence Dion for a new patient assessment and adjustment. She was so compassionate and gentle throughout the process. I really appreciated her thoroughly explaining what she was doing at all times and putting my mind at ease... there were no unpleasant surprises! I definitely found my forever chiropractor! I know I have a long road ahead with treatment but I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family of 3 just went to see Dr. Melanie for the first time. We have never seen a chiropractor before and wanted to get checked out. My husband and I knew something must be off in us but wasn’t sure what could help. We also brought our 2.5 month old with us to get checked out and see how her bones are doing since being born!
Wow! We were blown away. Dr Melanie is so knowledgeable!! She showed myself and my husband how crooked our bodies were! And after some very satisfying “crack” sounds she showed us how much better we looked after she did her adjustments on us. Now our baby didnt get the “crack” sounds of course but she got adjusted too! Dr Melanie was so gentle with her. We are so impressed by blessingways from the moment we entered until we left! Welcoming and friendly smiling staff! We all felt so great after! I felt straight and my husband wasnt so bothered with his usual pains! Baby was happy and content during the car ride and when we got home! Happy all around in this home! So glad we found someone so great and local right off the bat! Thank you so much Dr Melanie! Cannot recommend you enough and looking forward to our next family appointment!

Jessica was extremely kind and knowledgeable. It was an amazing experience from start to finish, I couldn't have more positive things to say about her.
