★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kfc I’ve ever been to, the first time I went there, they messed up my order and gave me attitude when I returned to make them aware of their mistake. Second time I went there, I ordered the new Kentucky scorcher sandwich, and they gave me the kfc famous chicken sandwich, the cashier lied to my face stating it was the correct sandwich. I also did not receive the free milk that the sandwich was to come with. I would highly encourage you to stay away from this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend! I ordered delivery and my food came late, they definitely gave me old chicken aswell, it was cold, fries & chicken where soggy, and I got food poisoning the day after... so would not recommend [ unless you want to taste your food twice ]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided I wanted kfc this day. We had coupons for a 20 bucket with fries and gravy. I love traditional kfc. But, after this I will never go to this store or maybe any kfc. The store had this smell of burnt oil like it was not changed in a while. The chicken was dark colored and did not takes like the regular 7 herbs and spices but like someone else's recipe or something. I do t know if it was because the oil had not been changed cause they were too busy or just cost cutting. It was disgusting. It's too bad, I liked the flavour of kfc in the past, but this, nope not again. There is more to say but I think this is enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quite frustrated with an error on our order after driving home across Airdrie. John, the supervisor on shift went above and beyond in taking care of me. He remade the order and brought it to my house.
Mistakes are always going to happen, we’re human. But how those mistakes are handled is true customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer at this location ever and it usually a take out so you are picking it up to take some where to eat it so you expect fo every thing you order to be in there and not every one can return to the store if they don't do there job witch has happened to me I guess I should of checked the order but I am not getting paid to do there job . It was not he cashier mistake it was the people working in the back putting the orders together this is ridiculous and a rip off to customer who just wants a meal. And it is not a cheap meal either just a complete lack of quality and not taking pride in your job. And it wasn't even at a peak time. So I am a very unhappy, disappointed ripped off customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if it was an off night or if this place has gone downhill. We ate here for dinner tonight and didn't have a single piece of crispy chicken. The corn was very bland (usually it's buttered with seasoning and so yummy). The chicken was all soggy and very mediocre. Pretty disappointing. I love kfc and our whole meal was very subpar compared to what I'm used to, especially for the price. Hopefully next time is better.

Never going back to this place again. Actually i can say KFC need to talk to the management of this place . They are throwing KFC reputation down everyday. Stay out from this place. Even they don't have dipping sauce in stock which is comes with order. Another good thing they never let you know about this . Downhil...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a 10 piece bucket meal, got 4 legs 3 wings 2 thighs and what might have been a back. Gravy was like glue and fries were horrible. Definitely not what we paid for!! Won't be back. It has gone down hill a lot over the past year. They also won't answer the phone.
