★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's lots of things I love best about 9Round. I love that every time I workout it's a different workout. I love that I'm getting a full body workout. I love that I can workout when I want to workout; no waiting for a class that fits my schedule. I love that there is always an experienced trainer available to help demonstrate or modify rounds if needed. I love how I feel after a 9Round workout; for me it's the best way to start out the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are quite a few things that I love about 9Round! I love that I can show up and complete my work out when it works for me! I am a busy mom that works full time and is running my kids to their activities so the flexibility works great for me to ensure I get my work outs in. I love that the workouts change daily so it keeps things interesting and challenges me. Lastly I love the trainers!! They are always upbeat, help with the workouts, provide modifications if needed, motivate me to push harder and to challenge myself. I love 9Round!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been working out at 9Round for three years and still love going there. It's amazing that in 30 minutes you really can work every part of your body. The workouts are also always changing so it's never boring. The trainers are amazing and are there to coach and assist. It's my favourite way to start my morning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trainers are all so motivating and really push me to do my best! They can modify workouts as required so that even when I am limited in some movements I can still get an effective workout. I love the diversity of the members as well - all ages, sizes and fitness abilities. Everyone is there to improve ourselves and we all cheer each other on! It really does feel like a family.

If you have wanted to try out a kickboxing style of workouts, and this is the place! Every coach I have met so far has been amazing, the staff and members here are very welcoming and polite to each other.
I'm SO excited to continue on with them. This is definitely a place where I feel comfortable getting in back into shape and losing more weight.
