★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend. I recently booked an appointment with Brodie. I don't have any noticeable pain at the moment but posture has always been a concern of mine (especially working a desk job). Let's just say after an hour of treatment - you feel better and learn a lot. First impressions was a clean and welcoming clinic, with private rooms. She didn't tell me to do exercises or ride a bike, or put on a heat pack while she saw another client. She provided exercises to improve posture and we went through them together to ensure I didn't start to cheat the movements. There are lots of treatment techniques that all 3 owners are experienced in and I am sure they will provide value to you too. I will be back and again, I highly recommend booking an appointment at this clinic.

One month later and I am thrilled with the progress with my knee and lower back pain. I continue to do all the exercises but now without pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a person who has lived in constant pain for many many years. I have tried massage therapy, physiotherapy and worked with a chiropractor. I have seen a neurologist to rule out any problems internally, spent several months at the headache clinic and had my head injected with Botox. I was still in pain. I had a conversation with a colleague who told me about his pain management and the path he choose to help him achieve a pain free life. The path he choose was athletic therapy. My initial comments were," I don't have pain as a result of a sport injury". He continued to enlighten me of the process and his experience of athletic therapy. I dragged my heels for a bit
until my pain became unbearable and booked my initial assessment with Ally Lo at Revival Therapeutics and Performance. After my initial visit I was very sore and my pain intensified. I manage my pain for 3 days and went back. Ally told me that we are moving things around but it will get better. As the weeks progress, my pain was less and less. My pain today as I write this review is gone, I'm 10 days pain free which I have never experienced, ever in my life that I can remember. Ally has given me my life back and I thank her each time I visit. Ally's vast knowledge and education in the process of understanding the human component of pain and anatomy is truly amazing. She is a special human who understands how pain effects the body and mind. Without Ally, I would still be that unhappy individual riddled with pain. Thank you Ally, you are the sunshine in my life. I'm so truly grateful!

I had my first session with Carly and she was great about communicating/ explaining everything that she was doing and was very receptive to my needs and definitely made sure I felt comfortable and safe. There was no issue with my Service Dog even when he barked at a noise in the lobby, or when he was moving to help me after a seizure hit. I look forward to working with her more and am thrilled to have her as part of my treatment team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Brodie since November for several issues (hip, knee, ankle, back and shoulders). She is thorough in her assessment and able to treat issues to provide immediate relief from pain. She has been diligent (and flexible) in helping develop a manageable exercise plan to help strengthen chronically weak muscles!
She is also very friendly, personable and approachable, the hour appointment goes by in no time!

I have never been treated so well and had such amazing progress with my back pain in the past using other types of treatments. Brodie is so warm, kind, and generous. The space is very comforting and accepting. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with back/neck pain, concussions, and/or any type of chronic pain. You can tell that the ladies at this clinic really care and take a holistic approach to healing that has been immensely helpful in my recovery. Athletic therapy is not only for athletes - anyone can benefit from this incredible holistic treatment! 10/10 would recommend booking yourself in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been fortunate to know the ladies that run this office for a few years and they have done amazing things for me. They are very professional with their assessments and treatment. I have had lower back pain and a severe ankle injury that the ladies were incredible with their knowledge and accuracy in diagnosis. Their treatment and follow-ups are incredibly effective. Both the athletic and laser therapy they provide has been crucial to getting back to what I was doing before. The athletic therapy services in my experience have got me not just back to moving but exceeding my previous limits and strengthening all areas.
10/10 would recommend the athletic therapy and laser therapy. These ladies are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive.
