★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking forward to visit the place today. I made time for it amongst my errands. Showed up around 4:15 pm to a sign that said something along the lines of "gone for lunch, back at 4:30pm". The store hours are 10am-5pm on Saturdays... So instead I bought my oils and vinegars from the place at Market Mall because I had other errands there. They essentially sell the same stuff, so I'm sure I'll eventually try this place again. Just dissapointed about the poor timing of said lunch. I wanted to buy local and encourage a brand new business... Next time.

Great little shop! Clean and organized, with very professional staff. Extremely knowledgeable about the product and flavors, and able to advise on pairings for themes or meals.
Samples for tasting are out and available too.
The balsamic is actually from Modena and the Olive oil was high quality (having both fused and infused blends).
Side note, my 6 year old was with us and the guy working was very good about answering questions and was pretty understanding. Much appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard they were selling teas so I bought some. When I was there, the guy working asked what type of tea I liked and then didn't even tell me what teas he recommends. Then it took 10 minutes for him to get the bags of tea prepared and for me and my friend it was very awkward while waiting to pay. It was so crammed in the front that if somebody else was waiting to pay we couldn't social distance. The worker wasn't wearing a mask. And to put the cherry on top they didn't even seem open when we first walked in with boxes scattered stacked on a trolley. The tea was good, though they didn't ask if I wanted it in separate tea bags or in the bag of the tea leaves in bulk.

Prices are very reasonable and cheaper than some competitors! The staff are always so friendly and let me taste test as many as I want to. Can't wait to try out the new flavors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely store! If you are looking for delicious flavours to add to your standard vinegar and olive oils, you gotta try the flavours from this artisan shop. I purchased lime olive oil and pomegranate infused balsalmic vinegar and it is just sublime on a salad. The dark chocolate balsalmic is also superb, but there is a flavour for everyone here.
