★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always like eating at Burger King but this is a message from before Valentine’s Day of 2022 and I waste gas coming here just for them to cover the drive through and fully close and I even check the website before going and it says “Open” yeah total Lies. I will fix my review once this issue is solved.. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst take-out restaurant experience ever. I placed an order online. I arrive at the restaurant and tell them I am hear to pick up my online order. They say they have no online orders. I show them my receipt both on the app and on my email. They once again say they have no online orders. Yes you do. My receipt is right hear. They stare at me and shrug their shoulders. I go home and check my bank account and of course they have still charge my for the order that they refused the give my. I will never ever ese this restaurant of its app again. Pathetic non existent costumer service. I only wish Google allowed zero star reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from BK app with pickup in 20 min and when I arrived to pickup order i had a big surprise to find out my order was not ready and i had to wait another 20 min. In this time everyone who order while i was there, they get served ahead of me. Don't know if app is not working properly or sevice is not up to standards, for me is the last time to order at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to love going to this location. Their customer service used to be good. But now this is the worst place you can ever go to get lunch/dinner from. Whether you order from doordash/Uber/skip or go their yourself, your bound to get your order wrong and no remorse from the staff. We stopped here to get some lunch. We went through the drivethru, we ordered kids meals. When my husband and I are deciding what to order the staff is NOT allowing us to order as she rushing us by keep asking "anything else" we like. I tried to order spicy nuggets that they have on their website and she keeps telling me it's not on the menu and rushing out of the line. Note there's no one behind us waiting. We got so frustrated that my husband and I didn't bother to order anything for ourselves and just went to pay for other kids meal that we ordered. I won't go back to place whenever I can avoid and would recommend to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get food and was told that it was going to be 8 minutes for food. We were ok with that but when the 20 minute mark came, I got impatient and went inside only to find out they didn't even have my food ready at all. So disappointed in this location. Slowest service I have ever received from a fast food place. Not only that, but I talked to the manager on how it took so long and she just turned around and walked away. If I were an owner at this restaurant, I would get new staff but that is up to them. Unless things change, I won't come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I noticed this BK had bad reviews, but really wanted to try the impossible whopper. After my experience I definitely would rather travel 15 minutes to a Calgary location. Rushed through ordering, extra toppings not included, fries tasted freezer burnt & not cooked long enough, soft drink was 99% water & items missing from my order after waiting at 9pm with nobody there. Listen to the reviews and skip this place lol.
