The help we received from Kara Stewart out of Airdrie, Ab is the best customer service experience I have ever received from any company. She listened and really helped us, when we needed someone to support us with some issues that came up with our account, and she went above and beyond for us!
We are so very thankful for her assistance and support and will continue to be loyal customers as a direct result from her customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airdrie Allstate has been great since I switched a few years back. Their service, rates, and savings opportunity are much better than I have experienced in my previous insurer, who was a big company that had a professional relationship with my career path.
I will be fair to the process and say there is always a hiccup when things are complicated, and I have experienced that here, but I reached out to Kevin and he has been spectacular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never thought I could say that I actually like any insurance company. After all, it's one of those unavoidable costs in life. But Allstate not only lowered the cost for me, but their customer service made what I was paying well worth it. It's a vast difference from other insurance companies, especially the disaster that is the insurance products offered by major banks. I highly recommend Allstate (Nadir and Gul are especially great).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I was involved in a collision 2 weeks ago and have been calling claims and leaving a voicemail daily. Their claims voicemails says a rep will reach out within 3 hours yet I have not received a response in the 2 weeks. I emailed the Airdrie location and they advised someone will get a hold of me shortly, it’s the end of day and still no call. I have been with them for 5 years. I would highly suggest taking your business to a company that will answer your calls the same day you’re in an accident. Super disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Allstate for years, with multiple cars and tenants insurance. Within the last 48 hours I've been hung up on twice by an agent while asking for a quote on a new vehicle I'm considering buying. I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received and will be leaving Allstate. They were great when I was signed up with them yet, after they got my money the service dropped dramatically. I could deal with that, but when I am trying to spend more money and they aren't able to answer my questions and proceed to hang up on me!? I was not cursing or being rude, my tone was calm I was simply confused. After repeating my question Tarmin (some gentleman with a name beginning with a T) hung up on me and next thing I heard was there automated survey asking how great my experience was.... needles to say, horrible.
