I purchased car insurance for my first car from Mark and am still with him 8 years, 3 cities/towns, and 4 cars later. He always provides quick, friendly, and concise service. Mark has always been patient with my long line of questions regarding my policy.
I had a no-fault accident with injury a couple of years ago, and Family First Insurance was easy to deal with and I felt taken care of and valued as a customer. They really worked diligently to resolve the claim and made my life easy.
Every few years, I look at other Insurance company rates to compare, and my rate with Family First Insurance is ALWAYS the lowest.
