★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a drop in. Inform the tech I wanted to keep my nail length. She cut 30%off instead of filing to make them to smooth the edge out. So I switch to French manicure instead of one color shalaic because My nails were short enough now. As she clean off my old solid color. She started painting the base coat with out removing all my previous nail polish on the side of my nail. I had to ask her on 4 of my fingers that had dark colors still to clean them because she didn't see? After that she painting white tips on my left and got white shalaic polish on my finger , I ask her to wipe it off before putting my finger under the light. She then got annoy, and inform me that she will CLEAN it all up so not to worry. So she did my second hand she got white polish on the area that's suppose to be clear only and I didn't say anything cause she SAID she ll clean it up . At the end I waited for her to see and clean it couldn't get it off cause after the light it's done. She tried fileing if off after I showed her the white spot And she inform me she's been doing nail 10 years ??? I ran out of time for her to redo. I shouldn't have to sit longer for her to fix her mistake . You can get time back! I did told her it's my first and last time coming nicely. And thank her for the fingers she did right .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever. First thing I did when I sat down was tell her I’d like a full new set. Complaining to me back and forth she wants to do a fill for me but I wanted my nails longer than previous. Also did not take my old acrylics off properly and just cut and ripped them off while the lady beside me got hers properly foiled off. Been warned by other people who have went but wanted to give them a fair shot. Me and my friend went her nails looked flawless and mine looked like molded bubbly cheese. Also thanks to the lady who made sure to shave of my skin on not one finger but every single one. Went to ms nails on main st and got my colour changed and a 110% better paint job. If there were a negative star I’d definitely put that. Honestly hit or miss with this place but not worth the money at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your money. Massage chairs were old and broken-didn’t work. Booked two pedicures in advance and they did them one and a time which was a major delay in our day and use of our time- by the time my bf got his the water was cold of course. The fumes are so bad you lose brain cells as soon as you enter the doors. I also found the quality of the polish to be poor. Won’t be going back.
