David confirmed that I'd need an adaptor to connect the docking station to the monitors, and provided a quick link to add those to my purchase. Very pleased with the purchasing process.

Their description of the laptop was 100% accurate. Very honest and reliable staff .They shipped the laptop the same day and provided me with a tracking number right away. The package arrived ahead of expected delivery date and was very well packaged with bubble wrap and invoice with warranty . Everything worked out of the box as stated. Overall I was very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience using these guys, they specialize in off lease business grade equipment. Working from home and taking online courses had me in the market to upgrade my laptop. I saw a recommendation for these guys in an online forum so I decided to give it a shot. Got a great laptop at a great price, pick up was super easy and everything was smooth. Item was as described and works great. Took off a star because it was a challenge to get a hold of them over the phone but that's understandable given the current circumstances. Great, home based business and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Edit: to clarify I had a great experience and would recommend as well as do business again. I'm writing this from my new laptop which I'm very satisfied with. The only (very small) issue I had was I had an unexpected problem with my vehicle the morning I was scheduled to pick up, I called 4 or 5 times to inform I'd be coming in a different vehicle but no one answered..........no big problem as I eventually got through and it was no issue when I came to pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a search on the website and DBCS Computer professional came up. It was a Saturday and I was in the area with my family. Called the number that was on the website opened till 6pm, but was just ringing no answer. So I decided to go the location not realising it was at a house. Anyways when I got to the place and rang he door bell. This guy answered the door and said that he is busy looking after his family. I WAS like that a waste of time plus I tried calling before I left as well. Like why advertise a business if you are not going to provide the service!! I learnt my lesson then!
