I needed to ship two canvas prints, of average size, which in my experience is what Purolator and FedEx services are meant for. Andrew, the associate that was asked to help me, was very inconvenienced by my request. Said he had nothing to fit my items. When I asked how that was possible, he proceeded to roll his eyes at me and give me nothing but attitude. When I asked how he could help me, he shrugged and said go to aisle two where the shipping supplies are. I left and went to Canada Post where I recieved amazing service and got my prints shipped properly. I do not recommend this business for shipping services, unless you want very immature associates to not assist you. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Thanks Andrew.

A	Amber Price on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to return an Amazon package and was told the new company policy is to charge for tape. $5 for tape or $8 for a box and tape. This was a very small box and would have required 10 inches of tape max.This was not the employees fault but instead the ridiculous company practices. Maybe people would use Staples more if they didn’t charge $5 for 10 inches of tape.
C	Chelsey Law on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm lucky they have computer chair displays so I have somewhere to sit in the 2 hours in takes to make an "easycare" warranty claim. I will never ever shop at a staples again in my life. It's completely ridiculous and have been able to warn other customers of the mistake I made while waiting at the till so long.
J	Joe Bird on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was "greeted" by 2 employees as soon as I entered, they physically blocked my way into the store. I am guessing Staples employees now work on commission? Then when I went to the cash register there was only 1 person behind the till so had to wait 10 mins to pay for my paper.... wouldn't a better use of the 2 bouncers at the front door be to cash people out and make a sale? Will be ordering from Amazon from now on.
G	Great Roads Andy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted a document scanned to email. Went to the counter and after a long wait, was told to go to the self serve photocopy machines. I said "pretty sure they don't do that". Well, turns out they don't. I asked anothet staff member, who told me to go back to the counter. I left instead. Done this without issue at other Staples locations.
