★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this location for 6 years. When they first opened, I had gone in red deer and started going here. Over the years they have gotten better, and I am a regular customer here now. They always preform exactly what I need to make my brows look amazing after, however some tears are always shed in the process.
As a Male, it is sometimes uncomfortable going to places like this, but they make it easy for anyone to get their brows cleaned.
I have been around the world travelling and can never find someone who does Threading and / or a good job. I even have my father and brother going once in a while, they enjoyed the service so much.
Amandeep has been doing mine for these past few months, and she is fantastic. Always does a great job, is super precise and professional. I get exactly what I need done, and she is very helpful and friendly at achieving my brow. Really great customer service from her :)
She truly is a rockstar employee, and I would highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give it a 5 star because the first time I was here, they were closing in 2 minutes and the lady still accommodated me and did a pretty good job with my eyebrow.
But i will be giving 1 star now since i just had the worst experience. The lady who did my eyebrow was nice yes. But she was doing it so fast that i realized when i got home my eyebrows are not even. Also I hate having them too thin and she made them too thin as she was doing it so fast. Plus I had mine tinted with henna, yes i know its supposed to be dark but im not sure why theres no fading effect. She put henna on my entire eyebrows and when it was drying, instead of removing the insides of the eyebrows to make a natural fading effect, she added more. Now my eyebrows looks like it was drawn by a kid. Im so disappointed as i waited to get my eyebrows done here as im not from calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my cartilage pierced at this location by Najeeba! She was very professional, and was easy to talk to. The piercing turned out great, and for a really great price as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get their ears pierced (lobe or cartilage). They also take both walk-ins and appointments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience at this location, staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. I went in to get my lashes lifted for my birthday and the girl lifted both upper and lower lashes (I have very long lashes). When she finished doing the lift I noticed that my lower lashes were curving up and some pieces of hair were irritating my eye. I asked the girl if that was normal and she told me it’s totally normal and that the lashes will go back or normal in a few hours. Turns out she used the lifting gel on my lower lashes and didn’t wanna own up to it and my lashes look horrible now. I called the store multiple times and explained to them what happened but they keep spinning me around in circles and not getting back to me. I asked them to fix it before my party and they apparently don’t know how to do that. Avoid getting a lash lift here because the workers can’t differentiate between the upper and lower lashes.
