They didn’t have what I wanted there but he said he did custom jewelry so he set me up with a price and went and helped me with all the small details on the piece. he gave me a fantastic price and 20 minutes later I went back to the store to make a few changes and ended up buying another two pendents for my brother and sister. I had a great experience with Sphinx Jewellers and will be a long time customer.

George was not only incredibly friendly and patient, but also showed me how I could help prevent such things happening in the future. I have a couple of ideas for custom jewelry, and am going to ask George if he can help the next time I'm there. I have no doubt he will, and with great quality. The pricing was very, very fair as well, I was stunned.

After visiting every big name jewelers I was directed to George at Sphinx Jewelry who had exactly what I was looking for. I explained what I wanted added to the chain as there was some customization. He offered me a fantastic price compared to what I was finding on line AND had my piece ready in 3 days. Best service! Best value! For those one of a kind pieces I highly recommend Sphinx Jewelry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been looking everywhere for a watch band for over a month. Went to CrossIron Mall in hopes of finding a replacement for my metal band. Stopped at Sphinx Jewelry, hoping they had one. Met a very lovely woman, Tanya. She informed me she had no bands, suggested someplace else, then offered to look at my band. She was able to bend the clasp back into shape and my watch is back on my wrist. We were so grateful that she took the time to help us. Thank you George Marcus for hiring this amazing woman.

He’ll take the time to get to know what you want, design it with his team, and present you a prototype before final fabrication.
I was gifted with a chain from his store , but it was too short. I brought it in, and he made the chain length adjustable—free of charge in less than 24 hrs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a few tungsten style rings from George, and when I got them, he had given a silver B for a necklace to represent my fiance nickname Banana. That was this first good experience with George.
I went to 3 jewelry stores in Crossiron to see if they would make me a custom engagement ring. They had all pointed me to George. Throughout this whole process, he kept me informed with updates, including 3D prints of the ring.
It took about a month to cast my ring and set the diamonds ? we went into Crossiron for some clothes and we stopped at his shop and he proceeded to buy me and my fiance lunch.
After I got my ring (which was exactly what I wanted), he then gave my fiance a silver wedding band for free.
This guy goes above and beyond for his customers and will have all my jewelry made from him. Top notch person, very good at his craft and goes above and beyond for his customer's.
And because I don't think Google allows 2 reviews, here is another. Goerge stepped his game up again and made me another beautiful piece. He made me a beautiful dog tag for a deceased friend and my heart very heavy with the finished product. This man is amazing and will have all my business forever! Much love Goerge ❤️
